SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Opulent Realty Group (“ORG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from ORG, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

ORG sends text messages to consumers who have opted in, for the following purposes:

  • Responding to property inquiries, showing requests, and home valuation requests;
  • Coordinating appointments, showings, and transaction milestones;
  • Sending listing alerts, new-to-market notices, and market updates you have requested; and
  • Sending occasional promotional and informational messages about ORG services.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from ORG when you:

  • Submit your mobile number through a form on orgrealty.com that displays our consent disclosure and check the accompanying consent box;
  • Provide your mobile number to an ORG agent and give verbal or written permission to be texted; or
  • Text a keyword to one of our published numbers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages in order to buy, sell, or lease a property, or to receive brokerage services from ORG.

The consent language shown on our forms reads:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the stage of your transaction. Conversational and transaction-related messages are sent as needed. Marketing and listing-alert messages are generally limited to no more than eight (8) messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. ORG does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opting Out

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing privacy@orgrealty.com or calling (215) 313-9132.

6. Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing. Mobile opt-in data may be shared only with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as message delivery and customer service, and only for that purpose.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent for, the mobile number you provide.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
