Fair Housing Statement

Opulent Realty Group is committed to the letter and the spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

ORG complies with the federal Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and all applicable state and local fair housing ordinances, including those of the City of Philadelphia and Delaware County.

We do not discriminate, and we do not permit our agents or employees to discriminate, in the sale, rental, financing, advertising, or brokerage of housing on the basis of:

  • Race, color, or national origin;
  • Religion or creed;
  • Sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression;
  • Familial status, including the presence of children, pregnancy, or marital status;
  • Disability or handicap;
  • Age;
  • Ancestry;
  • Use of a guide, signal, or support animal; or
  • Any other characteristic protected by federal, Pennsylvania, or local law.

Steering, blockbusting, redlining, and discriminatory advertising are prohibited by law and by ORG policy. Every ORG licensee receives fair housing training and is required to follow these standards in every interaction.

Accessibility Statement

ORG is committed to making orgrealty.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Ongoing measures include:

  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, including property photography;
  • Sufficient color contrast and legible type sizes;
  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus indicators;
  • Clear headings, labeled form fields, and descriptive link text; and
  • Periodic accessibility review of the Site and of third-party components we control.

Portions of the Site rely on third-party services — including MLS and IDX listing displays, mapping, and video — over which we have limited control. We work with those vendors to improve accessibility where we can.

Need help, or found a barrier? If any content or feature on this Site is not accessible to you, or if you need information in an alternate format, contact us at accessibility@orgrealty.com or (215) 313-9132. Please tell us the page address and the problem you encountered. We will respond promptly and provide the information you need through an accessible alternative.

We will not deny anyone access to our real estate services because of a disability, and we provide reasonable accommodations on request.

DMCA Copyright Notice

ORG respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond to properly submitted notices of claimed copyright infringement and may remove or disable access to the material in question.
