Opulent Realty Group (“ORG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through orgrealty.com and our related tools and services (together, the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, email address, mailing address, and phone number submitted through property inquiry forms, home valuation requests, showing requests, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and agent or career applications.
  • Transaction and qualification information — details you share about a property you want to buy, sell, or lease; timing; financing or pre-approval status; and other information you choose to provide in the course of a real estate transaction.
  • Account and saved-search information — if you register for property search, your saved searches, saved listings, and search alert preferences.
  • Communications — the content of emails, text messages, form submissions, and voicemails you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, listings viewed, and time spent on the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

Information from other sources

  • Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and IDX providers — listing content and property data displayed on the Site.
  • Lead sources and advertising platforms — consumer inquiries routed to us from third-party portals and advertising platforms where you submitted your information.
  • Referral partners and cooperating brokers — where you have been referred to us.
  • Public records and property data providers — ownership, tax, and property characteristic data used to prepare valuations and market analyses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide real estate brokerage services;
  • Connect you with an ORG agent and support your transaction through closing;
  • Send you listings, market updates, saved-search alerts, and newsletters you have requested;
  • Send you transactional and, where you have consented, marketing text messages (see Section 4);
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Analyze Site usage and measure the performance of our marketing;
  • Comply with our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed Pennsylvania brokerage; and
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • ORG agents and staff — the licensee assigned to assist you, and brokerage personnel supporting your transaction.
  • Service providers — vendors that operate our customer relationship management (CRM) system, website and IDX platform, email and text messaging delivery, e-signature, analytics, transaction management, and document storage. These vendors are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Transaction participants — with your direction or as reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, this may include cooperating brokers, lenders, title and settlement companies, home inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ORG, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data may be shared only with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as message delivery and customer service, and only for that purpose.

If you provide your mobile number to us, you may be asked to consent to receive text messages from ORG. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving brokerage services.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and saved searches, understand how the Site is used, and measure advertising performance.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some features of the Site — including saved searches and property alerts — may not work.

Do Not Track

There is no common industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals. The Site does not currently respond to them.

6. Your Choices

  • Email — click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
  • Text messages — reply STOP to any message from us.
  • Access, correction, and deletion — you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you using the contact details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information must be retained to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Cookies — manage them in your browser settings.

State privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization and take reasonable steps to verify your identity.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for the periods required by Pennsylvania real estate recordkeeping regulations and other applicable law — generally at least three (3) years following the consummation or termination of a transaction. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, indefinitely.

8. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data breach

If we become aware of a security incident that compromises your personal information, we will investigate, take reasonable remedial measures, and notify you and the appropriate authorities where required by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to websites we do not operate, including lender, title, MLS, and portal sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the revised Policy on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
